·         Wrote for, designed, and published Leadership Roadmap, a personalized online curriculum with 3,400 subscribers

·         Increased LR's interactivity and user appeal: introduced images, interactive graphs and charts, opinion polls, usage/satisfaction surveys, feedback links, internal and external links to relevant resources. Researched and greatly expanded library of scholarships, local events, and other opportunities, assigned targets based on subscriber profiles

·         Designed promotional materials and campaigns; membership more than tripled over 14 months

·         Worked with programmers to streamline targeting and archive search; made software more efficient for back-end users
